Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Reading (Office-based)

Salary: £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

What the role is all about:

You’ll be at the front line of our growth, speaking to new businesses every day and opening doors for the wider sales team. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where effort is rewarded and no two days are the same.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Starting conversations, building interest, and creating opportunities
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
• Learning how to sell, negotiate, and influence from day one
• Working towards targets and celebrating wins as a team
