REPORTING TO

Store Manager and Head Office

PURPOSE

To support the store management & team in driving sales and store performance, delivering premium customer experience, and upholding the standards and values of the Percival brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, driving sales and supporting the team.
• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and operational tasks.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service to both new and returning customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating a strong understanding of Percival’s values and product knowledge.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, updating mannequins, and ensuring the store is presented to a high standard at all times.
• Use initiative to make informed decisions and resolve issues as they arise
• Support the achievement of commercial and operational targets
• Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required
