  • Oversight of cloud and backend platforms supporting monitoring, analytics, and optimisation
  • Working understanding of data science and algorithmic approaches applied to operational systems

Electrical Engineering

  • Experience with wiring, electrical distribution systems (EDS), and system-level electrical control
  • Ensure effective integration between electrical infrastructure, power electronics, and control software

Battery Systems & Integration

  • Strong understanding of BMS behaviour and control at the system level
  • Experience integrating batteries into wider platforms using CAN-based communication
  • EV or vehicle-platform experience preferred, particularly battery control within a broader system architecture

  2. Electrical Engineering – strong AC electrical engineering experience, including wiring, EDS, and power management
  3. Battery Systems – hands-on experience with battery testing, validation, BMS, and operational control (rather than cell or chemistry design)

Background

  • Experience in automotive, EV, energy systems, industrial automation, or adjacent domains
  • Automotive or EV background is advantageous but not essential
  • Track record delivering complex, integrated physical systems into real-world operation

Leadership & Approach

  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
