Client Partner / Principal Consultant (Senior Assessment Sales Role – Experienced Professional)
Location: London
Hybrid Working – 3 Days in office, 2 days from home.
Overview
To Develop and lead strategic client relationships and drive high-value sales for Hays Advisory’s leadership assessment and development services, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
As a client Partner, you’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape talent strategies, design bespoke solutions, and drive transformational change. Experience in consultative sales and leadership assessment is essential, and knowledge of organisational design will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win and grow multi-year contracts with enterprise clients. · Scope and or design bespoke solutions for leadership assessment, succession planning, and top team effectiveness. · Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent strategy and organisational design to optimise leadership capability.
- Represent Hays at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Achieve revenue targets and expand strategic accounts.
Skills & Experience:
- ·8+ years in consultative sales within HR, organisational design and effectiveness, leadership development, or assessment services.
- Proven track record of securing complex, high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of psychometrics, assessment centre design, and leadership frameworks.
- Beneficial: Strong knowledge of organisational design and its role in shaping leadership effectiveness.
