Job Title: Sales Executive – Kitchens & Bathrooms

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE: £45K)

Hours: 5-day working week (includes weekends) + 1 full weekend off per month

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Executive – Kitchens & Bathrooms to join their dynamic team. Ideally, you’ll have experience in kitchen or bathroom sales, but we’re open to strong salespeople from similar retail backgrounds.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving sales and achieving targets through outstanding customer engagement
• Building strong relationships and guiding customers through their buying journey
• Maximising opportunities both in-store and online
