Sr. Storage Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Storage Administrator to join our global support team. In this role, you will handle complex technical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and help maintain our security and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex HPE Storage incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts and freshers.
• Update and manage the team’s knowledge base.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving tickets within SLA.

What You Bring:

• Senior-level experience in Data Center Storage, specifically with HPE Storage solutions.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, RCA, and solving escalated technical issues.
• Experience in coaching team members and improving processes.
• Strong focus on customer experience, security, and operational standards.
