Head of Sales
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% bonus
Hybrid: 1 day WFH
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead venue sales across a prestigious portfolio of heritage and event spaces in London. This senior role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and brand positioning while delivering exceptional client experiences.
You will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, and build strong relationships across the events and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed sales targets across a multi-venue portfolio
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive new business and grow existing client relationships
- Own sales strategy, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Champion brand presence across the events and hospitality market
About You
- Proven senior sales leadership experience within events, venues, or hospitality
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences
