Job description
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales – Europe to lead and scale our commercial operations across key European markets. This is a senior leadership role within a global professional services organisation, operating in a highly consultative B2B environment. The successful candidate will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth across complex solutions and enterprise engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with European business objectives.
- Drive growth across a portfolio of consulting services, training programmes, and enterprise solutions.
- Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across industries.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Delivery, Operations, and Legal to deliver a seamless go-to-market approach.
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry forums, and executive briefings.
- Actively coach and develop the sales team while staying hands-on with strategic deals to drive success.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 8+ years managing large, distributed teams.
- Proven success in consultative enterprise sales within professional services or related sectors.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales operations across multiple regions.
- Expertise in strategic account management, pipeline governance, and enterprise deal execution.
- Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies to drive qualification and deal progression.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 30%).
Preferred Location
Candidates should be based in the UK or Germany.
