The Role

As a Business Development Trainee, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and generating new business opportunities, helping our company and clients expand their reach and grow revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that offers significant growth potential, industry exposure, and access to some of the best training and mentorship in the business.

You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and strategy teams to support client campaigns, build lasting relationships, and help us bring exciting products and services to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. You’ll be uncovering high-potential leads and opening doors to future partnerships.
• Client Engagement: Assist in nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals.
• Support Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior team members to execute strategic business development plans across various industries and campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to keep our edge sharp.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and results in our CRM platform, helping to track and optimise outreach efforts.
• Development & Growth: Participate in structured training and mentorship programs designed to help you evolve into a confident, capable business development leader.

You might be fresh out of university, working in a client-facing role already, or looking to pivot into business development. What matters most is your attitude, ambition, and drive to succeed.
