Technical Supervisor - £55,000 - St Paul's area

A well-established engineering and facilities services provider is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to take ownership of a smaller site and lead a compact, dedicated team. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys being involved day to day, supporting senior engineers, and ensuring smooth, efficient site operations within a collaborative working environment.

Duties:

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of a technical support team
• Plan and oversee all PPMs and reactive maintenance for the building
• Act as a key point of contact between technical leaders and facilities teams
• Plan workloads, manage deadlines, and balance competing priorities
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support service delivery across engineering, maintenance, and project activities

About You

• Proven supervisory or shift-lead experience within engineering, technical services, or FM
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience (trade or technical background preferred)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Numerate and commercially aware
• Comfortable working in a hands-on technical environment
