Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Telesales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, providing outstanding customer service, understanding client needs, and promoting properties offered by the company. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, adhering to sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Continuous learning and adapting to market trends will be vital.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, ensuring effective client interactions and satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage professionally and persuasively with clients.
• Proven Sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
• Ability to deliver Training and guidance to potential clients regarding property and services specifics.
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a good understanding of the property market is a plus.
• Prior telesales or real estate experience is advantageous but not required.
