Head of Technology - (Hands-On) - Python, Data, GCP

OB have partnered with a Certified B Corp IT Company, who are looking to make a key hire for them, by bringing in a Hands-On Head of Technology, who will be the most Senior Technical person in the team, leading a small team of engineers, whilst focusing on Architecture, Delivery and Data.

This role is open to anyone who has prior experience leading small teams, with the ability ship code independently, in AI/ML adoption expertise, on Data heavy platforms, in the Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or similar industries.

Key skills & experience:

Strong programming ability with Python

Prior experience leading small engineering teams

Experience with AI/ML technologies

Experience with ERP systems, internal tools, data warehousing and workflow automation

Understanding of Hardware or Embedded environments (bonus)

This is a hybrid role with 3-days a week required in a Central London office

Pays up to £120k + stock options package
