As Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force on the shop floor — leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience. You’ll combine hands-on leadership with sharp commercial thinking, helping to create a store culture that delivers results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the sales floor day-to-day, motivating and guiding the team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, creating personal connections with customers.
• Support clienteling initiatives and help turn new visitors into loyal returning clients.
• Maintain impeccable visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversee key operational tasks such as stock control, replenishment, and store upkeep.
• Act as a role model for service, product knowledge, and selling techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail leadership or keyholder experience in luxury or premium fashion, lifestyle, or accessories.
• A confident and engaging presence on the shop floor, with strong clienteling skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a high-energy environment.
• Passion for product and delivering a memorable customer experience.
