Site Agent – Permanent

RGB Recruitment are working with a well-established civils contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent on a permanent basis to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Cornwall.

This role would suit a motivated individual with a strong background in civils, utilities, or infrastructure projects who is looking to secure a long-term position with a reputable regional contractor.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring programme progress, costs, and reporting on site performance
• Resolving on-site issues and driving works to completion

About You:

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar role within civils/infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage programmes, resources, and subcontractors effectively
• Full UK driving licence
