Credit Controller

Edward Mann are delighted to be partnering with a Consultancy based in the Jewellery Quarter.

Our client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team - this role would suit somebody with prior credit control experience + a strong systems/IT skillset, to support with reporting and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Credit Control across all group companies
• Recover outstanding debts, communicating with debtors via telephone and email.
• Escalating any debts, where necessary, either internally or externally, to ensure these are cleared at the earliest opportunity.
• Create and maintain debtor reports
• Maintain up-to-date customer contact information on the system
• Daily update of all company Bank Accounts efficiently and accurately, including Bank Reconciliations.
• Support with month-end responsibilities, as required by the Finance Team
• Co-manage shared mailboxes
• Support the production of client fee invoices
• Update monthly reports to reflect fee invoicing Vs forecast
• Support the production of client performance reports
• Create statistical and analytical reports to measure achievements

Experience & Requirement

• Experience in a credit control / debt collection role
• Strong analytical and systems skill-set
