We are currently recruiting Temporary Luxury Sales Associates to support prestigious luxury brands across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding client experiences while gaining exposure to world-renowned fashion houses in a premium retail environment.

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, offering highly personalised service, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Engagement

• Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through tailored, personalised service
• Deliver a seamless and memorable luxury customer journey

Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury brands, collections, craftsmanship, and trends
• Confidently communicate product features, materials, and benefits
• Provide expert guidance to support informed purchasing decisions

Sales Performance

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Drive revenue through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
• Maintain strong commercial awareness within a fast-paced environment

Customer Service

• Handle client enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, in line with luxury service standards

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and high-performing team environment
• Share insights and best practices to support overall store success

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within luxury retail sales
• Strong passion for luxury brands, fashion, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Highly customer-focused with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic retail setting

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate from £13.50–£15.00, depending on experience
• £15 per hour on Sundays
• Up to £20 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Holiday pay and pension contributions
• Weekly or monthly pay options
