The role: Own the Workshop. Lead the Team. Care for our Customers.
As the Aftersales Leader, you will take full command of the workshop, Service Advisor team, and Parts Operation. You’ll be the driving force behind performance, customer experience, and commercial success ensuring the site sets the benchmark for the entire division.
As Aftersales Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring all repair and warranty work meets strict Ford and company standards
- Maximising departmental performance via productive labour sales, parts margins, and value added product
- Full accountability for budgets, costs, and departmental KPIs
- Continually reviewing pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team with clear targets and expectations
- Maintaining an impeccable, safe working environment aligned with all H&S regulations
- Elevating customer experience to deliver market-leading CSI performance
What do you need to succeed?:
- We’re searching for a standout automotive aftersales professional — someone who combines commercial focus with a passion for people and customer service.
- Proven success in a workshop, service, or parts leadership role
- Excellent track record in target-driven environments
- A natural team leader who inspires others to exceed expectations
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of key performance levers
- Deep knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation
- A customer-centric mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service every time
