Paraglide is a VC-backed startup building AI agents for Accounts Receivable. Our AI agents automate replies to billing queries and personalise cash collection at scale. It's the smartest way to get paid on time,. We have raised a large seed round from top-tier global VCs. Our founders previously scaled a SaaS company from 0 → €20M ARR as CFO and Head of Eng.

We're looking to hire our first two sales development representatives to spearhead our go-to-market efforts. You will focus on building pipeline through outbound prospecting and representing at trade fairs and events. We view this as a central role to our go-to-market efforts and hope to promote this individual to account executive in 2026.

We are open to many backgrounds. We're looking for:

• Previous outbound sales experience
• True hustle: scrappy, can-do and self-starter attitude.
• High intensity: You are a competitive high-achiever. You're not afraid to pick up the phone.
• You are comfortable connecting with C-level stakeholders at large companies
