We’re on a mission to make world-class reformer Pilates accessible, exciting, and community-driven - blending premium experiences with exceptional results.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to support client growth and retention across all LevelOut sites. This role suits someone who takes initiative, works at pace and enjoys getting things done without fuss. You will manage enquiries, follow up with clients and support both new and existing sites through clear, warm and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and email
• Following up on leads and converting them to trials, bookings or recurring class packages
• Supporting client retention by checking in and maintaining relationships
• Contacting new, lapsed and referred clients
• Assisting new site launches with early sign ups and local engagement
• Supporting existing sites with follow up and client communication
• Using automation tools to streamline processes
• Keeping sales notes accurate and up to date
• Meeting targets and contributing to commercial growth
