What You’ll Do

• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments with clinical precision and exceptional client focus
• Conduct detailed skin consultations, developing treatment plans aligned with best in class protocols
• Build trusted relationships with discerning clients, offering guidance, education, and ongoing support
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure a flawless patient journey
• Maintain an immaculate treatment environment, championing hygiene, safety, and 5-star presentation at all times

Who You Are

• Level 3 qualified (minimum) with strong experience working in medically led aesthetic clinics
• Deep understanding of skin health, devices, and skincare technologies, always staying ahead of industry trends
• A calm, polished, and confident communicator, skilled in managing high value clients and tailoring each experience to each individual
• Results driven, professional, and passionate about delivering excellence in every treatment
• Flexible, dependable, and eager to be part of a supportive, high-performance team
