Associate - Project Management - Placement Agent

Job description

We are working with a Tier 1 Placement Agent, with offices globally. As part of their continued growth, the firm is looking for an experienced Associate to join their Project Management team in London. Candidates must have previous experience from a Placement Agent, or within Private Markets IR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising project management across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies.
• Prepare investor marketing materials including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, and investor presentations.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, track records, and fund performance analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with fund managers and investors.
• Conduct market research on private markets, comparable funds, and investor activity.
• Assist in managing internal project workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Oversee Analysts on the team.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience at a Placement Agent/Private Funds Group, or in an Investor Relations role.
• Significant experience with PE/Private Credit is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
