Here at ISS as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to develop our technical resource aligned against a key Defence Sector R&D client by recruiting an Account wide Head of Technical to come in and spearhead Hard FM delivery, with a particular focus on Asset Management to the ISO 55,001 standard.

Your remit will encompass sites in South of England, to London, and right the way up to Edinburgh, with these sites including key production facilities, corporate offices plus R&D labs.

ISS have site based engineering teams and leadership focused on day to day delivery.

In this role, reporting to the Account Director and managing an Asset Compliance professional you will be the representative of the ISS Engineering service, maintaining strong relations with the Account and end client in our pursue for improved technical performance.

This is a fantastic role for an established Senior Technical lead to join a dynamic Account in the next phase of technical maturation.

Actions will include:

• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, supporting on account leadership in the management of service delivery and where required driving local initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting
• Ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all facility Engineering activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the account
• Support and originate technical services initiatives to deliver Account savings glide paths and account plan with detailed and specific objectives of cost savings, consistency and risk management
• Support the development / execution and leadership to technicians and Engineers to site level Engineering budgets and forecasts

We need from you:

• Extensive experience in Snr Technical roles, ideally within Production or similar, on a multi site basis
• All round technical awareness within M&E inc some understanding of Asset Mgmnt 55,001
• Engineering qualification
