This individual will be responsible for guiding prospects from early conversations through to signed agreements, working closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for progressing qualified opportunities from initial engagement to close
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client needs, operational challenges, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver clear, tailored demonstrations that align the platform’s value with customer priorities
  • Manage commercial discussions, pricing conversations, and contractual negotiations
  • Partner closely with sales development, leadership, and product teams to maximise conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation
  • Share market insights, competitor feedback, and objection trends to support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and best practices as the business scales


Nice to Have / Ideal Background

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role within B2B technology environments
  • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, payments, or compliance-driven solutions
  • Confidence selling to senior stakeholders, founders, or operators
  • Familiarity with regulated industries or complex buying cycles
  • Previous involvement in scaling or formalising sales processes
  • Comfortable working in high-growth environments with accountability and ownership
