Role Description

The Sales Representative – Italian or German or French Speaking, is a full-time on-site position located in Folkestone. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and understanding customer requirements. You will provide tailored solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales to help clients seamlessly navigate international removals. Strong communication in both English and Italian will be essential to ensure clear guidance and support throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Italian or French or German, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong sales acumen, including skills in negotiation, relationship building, and client-focused problem solving
• Customer service experience with the ability to address client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service
• Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales, logistics, or international moves is a plus
• Knowledge of customs regulations and European moving processes is beneficial
• A positive and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
