About the Role
As the first SDR at Linda, you’re not joining a sales team — you’re helping build one.
You’ll define our outbound motion, craft messaging that cuts through noise, experiment relentlessly, and generate pipeline for our CEO. You’ll be the person who takes Linda from warm word-of-mouth growth to a repeatable, high-velocity engine.

What You'll Do
Own the top of the funnel
- Build targeted outbound sequences for practice managers, clinic owners, and operations leaders
- Develop messaging that sparks genuine interest
- Find the right people, get their attention, and open the conversation
Create real pipeline
- Book highly qualified meetings directly for our CEO
- Run tight qualification to ensure every meeting is worthwhile
- Keep your pipeline organised, accurate, and constantly moving
Become an expert on our product and our market
- Learn how clinics operate and where Linda delivers immediate value
- Communicate clearly and confidently about AI agents — without jargon
- Capture insights from the field and feed them into our GTM strategy
Build the outbound engine
- Test new tactics, channels, and messaging
- Help refine our ICP as we expand across specialties
- Contribute to the earliest version of the Linda outbound playbook
This isn’t a repetitive, script-driven SDR role. You’ll be creating the blueprint others follow later.
Who You Are
You’re a fit if you:
- Are ambitious, competitive, and motivated by high ownership
- Communicate clearly — in writing, on calls, and on LinkedIn
- Are resilient and unbothered by outbound
- Want to be in-person, working closely with a tight, fast team
- Learn quickly, love experimenting, and improve constantly
- Want a direct path to AE once you prove yourself
- Have done outbound before (SDR, BDR, AE, or similar)
It’s a plus if you:
- Have experience in any persuasion-heavy job (hospitality, retail, customer support, etc.)
- Have used CRM tools like HubSpot
- Have worked in a fast-growing startup environment
No perfect background required — attitude and capability matter more than pedigree.
