About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee, you will receive structured training and ongoing mentorship from day one. This entry level role is designed to develop future leaders through hands on experience in sales, marketing strategy, and team development. You will represent client brands professionally while learning the fundamentals of campaign management, performance tracking, and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Increasing brand awareness and visibility for client accounts
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Representing client brands in a professional and consistent manner
• Developing core leadership and communication skills through daily coaching
