We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and customer-focused Lead Qualifier to act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from businesses of all sizes – these range from small independents to international retailers and agencies acting on behalf of brands.


Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective businesses to gather detailed information through a structured qualification process to determine the most appropriate internal department to follow up on each individual enquiry.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly yet efficient manner, and the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries while maintaining a consistent and thorough approach to lead qualification.


Job Title: Inbound Sales Advisor

Location: Glasgow

Department: Sales Support

Reports To: Head of Business Development


Key Responsibilities:

• To provide a same day response to new business enquiries via phone, email, web forms and WhatsApp.

• Conduct structured conversations with prospective clients using a pre-defined list of qualifying questions

• Gather and record accurate information about the business’ requirements

• Evaluate the information provided to determine sales readiness and any support they may require, such as assistance with business planning and staffing

• Allocate and forward qualified leads to the appropriate internal team

• Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions in the lead management system (full training will be provided)

• Identify incomplete submissions and follow up for additional information where necessary

• Provide feedback to management on trends, common questions, or gaps in information received

• Provide weekly report summary of leads by category, by source and allocation


Qualifications & Experience:


Essential:

• Graduate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow structured scripts and procedures

• Confidence in dealing with a variety of business sizes and types

• High attention to detail and accurate data entry

• Good organisational and time management skills


Desirable:

• Familiarity with CRMs and lead management tools

• Experience in a lead qualifying role or first customer contact role

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

*Wednesday is currently a work from home day
