Job description
Our client, a leading global private equity fund, is seeking an experienced and driven Investment Vice President to join their London team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, and negotiations.
- Develop high-quality investment papers and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives across portfolio companies in collaboration with management teams.
- Support junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A) or a similar investment-focused environment.
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record managing transactions and leading workstreams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
