Location: Lincoln (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Overview

We are seeking an Operational Buyer with strong ERP/SAP experience to support direct procurement, order management, and weekly purchasing activities. The role focuses on maintaining stock levels, managing supplier deliveries, and resolving shortages to ensure continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct procurement and purchase orders using ERP/SAP
• Plan and control inventory levels across the supply chain
• Manage delivery issues, shortages, and recovery plans
• Escalate risks and support operational demand

Requirements

• Experience in an Operational Buyer or similar role
• Strong ERP/SAP knowledge
• Background in direct procurement and order management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
