Brand Trainer

Location: Central London

Salary: £30-33,000 + Company Car + £4,000 Bonus + Full Company Benefits

We are recruiting for a brand trainer to join a leading FMCG business in a highly field-based, customer-facing role.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity and would also suit career changers or candidates from retail or hospitality backgrounds who are confident engaging with people and keen to build a career in field sales and brand training.

The role focuses on training store staff on how to sell the company's brands, while also selling directly to retailers in-store. Around 80% of your time will be spent in cash & carry and wholesale environments, making this a hands-on, fast-paced role. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Training store staff on how to sell and recommend the brand portfolio
• Selling directly to retailers within cash & carry environments
• Driving brand awareness, advocacy, and visibility in-store
• Supporting product launches and in-store promotions
• Building strong relationships with store teams and independent retailers
• Managing your Central London territory effectively
• Accurately reporting activity and market feedback

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident, personable, and comfortable speaking to people
• Enjoy a fast-paced, field-based role
• Have a proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Be organised, reliable, and self-motivated
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles would be advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
