I am seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury jewellery brand on a one-year fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong appreciation for fine craftsmanship, exceptional service standards, and a desire to deliver memorable client experiences within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strong product knowledge and clienteling
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business performance
• Maintain impeccable presentation of products and ensure visual standards are upheld
• Support daily operations, including stock management, aftersales, and CRM activities
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetic of the house at all times

• Previous retail experience in luxury fine jewellery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially driven with a client-first mindset
