Mid/South of England, UK (Remote working)

About the job

Kingsley is instructed by a leading national retailer to secure an Estate Surveyor to join its’ national Property department, which may suit someone located within the West Midlands / South Wales / Southwest regions.

The client’s national (and growing) portfolio extends to over 700+ trading stores, and the position will sit within the national Property team, being responsible for various matters including, but not limited to the following

• Lease Consultancy - rent reviews, lease renewals, obligations etc.
• Property Management – operational and non-operational
• Negotiate consents & permissions
• Resolution of Landlord & Tenant matters efficiently
• To be able to make and implement own decisions, balancing risks against benefits for the Company’s long term financial objectives
• Overlooking Service Charge statements and demands
• Develop, manage & upkeep of the property database

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in a similar Estate Surveyor role
• Good negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of commercial leases
• Previous experience in a retail environment
