Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, representing our luxury products and values to customers. Your primary goal is to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and supporting store operations to achieve sales targets. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a personalised and memorable shopping experience, going above and beyond to meet the needs and expectations of every customer. Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product recommendations, and up-selling techniques. Demonstrate an understanding of luxury products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our collections, including the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and key product details. Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
- Engage with loyal clients and potential customers through personalized outreach, including follow-up calls, emails, and invitations to exclusive events.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Follow all procedures related to store policies, cash handling, and security.
- Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment, ensuring smooth store operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
- Meticulous attention to the presentation of both the store and products.
- Passion for British heritage brands and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and luxury.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
