Job Title: Supervisor – Luxury Retail

Location: Central London

Salary: up to £32,000 per year, with bonus/commission scheme.

Role:

My client is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team in a luxury retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Assist with daily operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

• Retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
