We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Northampton area.

This role plays a key part in supporting the sales function, ensuring the smooth running of back-end sales processes and administration. Responsibilities include liaising with lenders on proposals, preparing and managing financial documentation, handling reporting and pay-out management, and occasional direct communication with clients.

You will work closely with both the Sales Team and Management, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business.

• Proven experience in sales administration within a commercial finance brokerage or lending environment
• Strong understanding of financial products and numerical data
• High level of IT proficiency
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
