In this role, you will be reaching out to potential distributors and clients, sharing the benefits of our medical equipment, and sealing deals. Alongside, you will be building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch customer service and support. You will be instrumental in promoting and selling our range of medical equipment to various healthcare providers like Clinics, Hospitals, NHS Facilities, and Suppliers/Distributors. Your tasks will involve identifying key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly. Your primary goal will be to create new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and uphold customer satisfaction.

Role Description:


  • Take the lead in actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client visits for meetings.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships and make the most of every sales opportunity.
  • Engage in industry events to boost lead generation efforts and drive sales.
  • Develop lasting relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the healthcare sector, tailoring solutions to meet their individual needs.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, conducting thorough market research to inform sales strategies.
  • Consistently strive to exceed sales targets, thereby contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
  • Forge strong relationships with key NHS and private hospital accounts, working closely alongside the NHS Supply Chain.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
  • Utilise various communication channels, such as phone calls, to connect with prospective clients.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process and facilitate customer onboarding.

Qualifications:


  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, particularly within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for persuading decision-makers effectively.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Adept at thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic setting.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Provider and NHS procurement processes is advantageous.
  • University degree in Science or Business (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Possession of a valid UK driver's license for client visits.


Note: This is a self employed, commission only role with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own tax and statutory obligations.
