Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Steel company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.


We are looking for a Customer Services Specialist, responsible for managing and coordinating all domestic and international order processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and supporting efficient logistics operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and accurate documentation throughout the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Opening RFQs for domestic and international orders and ensuring written order confirmations are received and aligned with approved quotations.
  • Monitoring all shipments from loading to final delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate execution.
  • Supporting import operations in compliance with customs regulations while ensuring competitive cost structures.
  • Supporting export operations in accordance with local and international customs regulations.
  • Ensuring effective use and continuous improvement of information systems related to order and logistics management.
  • Organizing transportation and logistics operations to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries.
  • Coordinating logistics operations (transportation, customs clearance, warehousing) in line with legal requirements and company procedures.
  • Following up on orders until final delivery to customers, ensuring compliance with agreed delivery terms and product requirements.
  • Coordinating with business partners, sales teams, and shipment units to prepare all required documentation for dispatch.
  • Monitoring and following up on customer payments related to orders.
  • Preparing weekly reports on shipment status, order progress, and payment performance and sharing them with customers when required.
  • Recording and tracking customer complaints through the QDMS system.
  • Communicating customer requests and feedback to relevant team leaders.
  • Managing system entries and shipment processes for scrap, waste, second-quality, promotional, and sample orders.
  • Reporting daily estimated shipment volumes to relevant departments.
  • Performing system transactions related to commercial purchasing activities.
  • Managing sales operations and documentation for group and affiliate companies.
  • Entering export orders and purchase transactions into ERP systems and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Creating quotations in ERP systems upon request from the budgeting and pricing committee.
  • Following up on exceptional financial processes and obtaining required approvals.


Export & Import Customs Operations

  • Preparing export documentation (Commercial Invoice , Packing List) and submitting them to customs brokers for export declaration.
  • Tracking customs declaration closures and matching them with related invoices in the system.
  • Requesting and verifying required customs documents such as A.TR, Certificate of Origin, EUR.1, EUR-MED, and Form A, depending on the destination country.
  • Monitoring Freeport entry and exit processes.
  • Managing, tracking, and updating files related to Letters of Credit (L/C) opened by export customers.
  • Ensuring compliance of export activities with national and international customs regulations through coordination with customs brokers.
  • Collecting, sharing, and following up on improvement requests related to import and export operational processes.


Logistics & Cost Control

  • Reviewing and approving invoices received from customs brokers, freight forwarders, and certification bodies after price verification.
  • Requesting freight quotations from logistics providers and organizing transportation based on the most suitable offer.
  • Monitoring vehicles from factory departure to final destination and supporting issue resolution when required.
  • Maintaining and updating operational tracking files and shared documentation systems.
  • Recording freight costs received from logistics providers accurately in the system.
