Job description

Sporting Jobs are working with a professional football organisation to appoint a Sales and Partnerships Lead into a key role within their commercial department.


This is a hands-on sales position with responsibility for driving new commercial revenue across partnerships, sponsorship, ticketing and related sales activity, while also managing and developing two Sales / Commercial Executives.


The role will suit someone currently operating as a Senior Sales Executive, Commercial Executive, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within football (or a closely aligned sports environment) who is ready to take the next step.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new commercial revenue
  • Managing, mentoring and developing two executives
  • Supporting delivery of commercial and ticketing targets
  • Building strong internal and external relationships


About you:

  • Proven sales experience within football or professional sport
  • Comfortable in a target-driven environment
  • Ready to take on, or already in, a people-management role
