Strategic Operations Partner (Remote, Independent Contractor)

Job description

We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Executive Assistance, HR, Operations, or Business Support who are interested in transitioning into a more autonomous, remote, and performance-based professional role.

This is an independent contractor position, not traditional employment, and is suited to individuals with strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Implement established marketing and operational systems
• Engage with and qualify professional candidates via phone and/or video conversations
• Support and guide individuals through structured onboarding and development processes
• Participate in ongoing training, collaboration, and strategy sessions
• Operate independently while working within a proven framework and support structure
  

• 7+ years of professional experience (EA, HR, Operations, Office Management, Project Coordination, or similar)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Interested in professional growth, leadership, and long-term career development
• Able to commit a minimum of 15–20 hours per week
