Earnings: OTE £70,000 - £120,000+

Key Details:

• Proactively generate new property valuations through prospecting, networking, and marketing
• Manage the full sales process from valuation to completion
• Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, marketing, and presentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Leverage award-winning marketing tools, digital advertising, and CRM systems
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in estate agency, ideally within premium or high-value property
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your own business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the surrounding areas
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
