Sales Enablement Training Manager (Contract)

London (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

£300/day (Inside IR35)


We’re recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised SaaS leader looking to appoint a Sales Enablement Training Manager to support and elevate their EMEA sales organisation.

This is a high-impact contract for someone with real gravitas, confident, credible, and comfortable influencing senior leaders and frontline sellers alike. You’ll design and deliver world-class onboarding, coaching, and sales skills programmes that drive measurable performance outcomes.


The Opportunity

You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Global Enablement to deliver engaging, data-driven enablement that helps sellers win. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and love turning insight into action, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • New Hire Sales Onboarding (30%)
  • Own and continuously optimise EMEA onboarding, delivering structured learning across product, sales conversations, and methodology.
  • Call Reviews & Coaching (25%)
  • Analyse sales calls, identify skill gaps, and partner with Sales Managers on high-quality coaching and calibration.
  • Sales Skills Development (20%)
  • Design and facilitate training on prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, and closing, reinforced through role play and coaching.
  • Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning (15%)
  • Deliver product and feature enablement in partnership with Product Marketing and Global Enablement.
  • Enablement Operations (10%)
  • Track engagement, outcomes, and KPIs while managing schedules, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED, value selling) and the ability to embed them into daily behaviour
  • Hands-on experience coaching both sellers and sales managers, including call listening and gap analysis
  • Data-driven mindset: able to articulate what you built, why, and the measurable impact
  • Confident influencer who builds trust across Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Leadership
  • Comfortable facilitating training in live, hybrid, and remote environments
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth, matrixed organisations
