Ceramic Company is looking for a Key Account Manager / Sales Area Manager - London /UK

Job description

We are looking for highly motivated, proactive and organized Key Account / Sales Area Manager to join our international team and support the development of our company’s presence in London or UK region, passionate about design, architecture, and high-end materials. You will support the promotion of porcelain surfaces to developers, architects, interior designers, reatilers and distributors.


Main Responsibilities

● Support the local team in identifying and tracking project opportunities in the UK area.

● Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers, retailers and distributors.

● Participate in meetings and presentations to promote company's solutions to professionals in the A&D community.

● Help prepare technical and commercial documentation for project proposals.

● Collaborate with the Marketing team on the organization of events, showroom visits, and social media activities.

● Enter and update data in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).

● Provide administrative support for ongoing project follow-ups and reporting.

Candidate Profile

● A genuine interest in architecture, interior design, the ceramic and construction industry.

● Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a B2B commercial or promotional role.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting to clients and engaging with professionals.

● Ability to manage autonomously his/her own agenda in visiting retailers or customers, travelling frequently across the UK/London Area.

● Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems (training will be provided).

● Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.

● Based wherever in UK or in London Area specifically.
