We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to support the management of two prestigious Bond Street boutiques. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the success of one of London’s most iconic luxury destinations — driving performance, elevating client experience, and supporting a talented, long-standing team.
Our client is a globally respected name in luxury, celebrated for its craftsmanship, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Their boutiques are more than retail spaces; they are immersive worlds where clients experience artistry, authenticity, and personal connection. Joining this Maison means becoming part of a legacy that values heritage while embracing evolution — a place where creativity meets precision and people are at the heart of success.
The Role:
- Partner closely with the Store Director to drive boutique performance and achieve sales targets across both Bond Street locations.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of experienced professionals, fostering collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth.
- Strengthen client relationships through expert clientelling, personalised service, and flawless execution of client events.
- Analyse boutique performance, monitor KPIs, and support the implementation of strategic action plans to optimise results.
- Ensure operational excellence through efficient processes, compliance, and seamless coordination between client-facing and support teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a culture of excellence.
- Champion innovation, adaptability, and best practice as the boutique continues through a phase of transformation and growth.
Requirements:
- Significant experience within luxury watches and jewellery, ideally gained in a boutique environment.
- Strong operational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage established and high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Open-minded, flexible, and confident in driving change within a heritage-driven business.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and team development skills.
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on clientelling, sales performance, and boutique standards.
- Ambitious and forward-thinking — ready to take the next step toward a future Boutique Director position.
