Senior Underwriter – Alternative Risk Transfer / Structured Solutions

Job description

Eames are recruiting for a global insurer seeking a senior underwriter to join their growing structured solutions team. This is an opportunity to step out of traditional monoline work and move into multi-line, primary corporate programmes for some of the world’s largest companies.

You’ll work on bespoke stop-loss and multi-year structures, collaborating closely with actuarial, legal and deal specialists, while engaging directly with major FTSE-level clients. The team has a mix of diverse backgrounds and is expanding quickly, offering strong long-term progression.

We’re looking to speak with experienced underwriters who have written large corporate primary risks, particularly in financial lines, casualty, or multi-line programmes. This role is ideal for someone ready to broaden their expertise and take on more complex, high-profile corporate risks in a dynamic and growing area of the market.
