Quality Assurance Manager

We’re now seeking a talented Quality Assurance Manager to ensure patient safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. This role reports into the Director of Quality Assurance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop our Quality Management System.
• Oversee incident management, CAPA, risk, change control, and audits.
• Safeguard patient-sensitive information in collaboration with the Caldicott Guardian.
• Lead internal audits, governance meetings, and monthly QA team sessions.
• Deliver training on QA, information security, and pharmacovigilance.
• Act as pharmacovigilance lead, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Motivate and manage a skilled QA team, promoting a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• NMC Registered Nurse, GPhC Pharmacist, or equivalent healthcare professional background (including those with lapsed registration).
• Degree-level education (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ QA/healthcare experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NHS, CQC, ISO 9001, MHRA frameworks.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
