- Reviewing work produced by outsourced bookkeeping teams
- Stepping into hands-on accounting work where required
- Monitoring scope, profitability and delivery across your portfolio
- Improving client workflows by embedding efficient finance processes
- Supporting the rollout of new systems, tools and reporting enhancements
- Identifying opportunities to expand or deepen client engagements
What They’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- 3+ years’ experience within a UK accounting practice
- Strong experience with month-end / year-end reporting
- Confident working in a paperless, cloud-based environment (e.g. Xero)
- Excellent understanding of financial processes and controls
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience working with tech start-ups or high-growth businesses (desirable)
What’s On Offer
- Fully remote working (UK-based)
- Salary £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
- Flexible working and genuine work-life balance
- ACCA Approved Employer with structured support for CPD and development
- Clear internal progression pathway into senior leadership
- Exposure to exciting, high-growth tech clients
- A collaborative, positive culture where ideas are welcomed
