Meraki Talent are teaming up with a well-known accountancy firm in Perth to appoint an Accounts and Business Advisory Services Manager (Accounts Manager).

The Opportunity

An established and growing accountancy practice in Perth is looking to add an Accounts and Business Advisory Services Manager (Accounts Manager) to their office of 30+ professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to step into a leadership role – managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing teams, and delivering high-quality advisory services.

You will play a key part in client relationship management, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also offers the chance to mentor junior colleagues, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
• Provide technical advice and commercial insights to clients.
• Manage and develop a team of junior staff.
• Review financial statements, forecasts, and cashflows.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and support business development.
• Champion efficiency and the use of new technologies.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified (ACCA/CA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
• Strong background in accountancy practice.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.
• Solid technical knowledge across accounts, VAT, and forecasting.
• Commercially focused with an eye for efficiency and value.
