We’re now hiring a New Business Sales Manager to spearhead commercial growth and unlock new distribution across Grocery and Major Multiples. In this channel, they are currently partnered with Morrisons, Co-Op and Tesco Ireland. This role is all about hunting, relationship-building, and turning opportunities into revenue.


The Role

• Own the full new-business cycle — sourcing, pitching and converting high-value opportunities.

• Build a strong pipeline across your customer universe, identifying gaps, trends and whitespace.

• Deliver compelling brand stories that showcase Tŷ Nant's premium edge.

• Work closely with Marketing and Operations to land new listings seamlessly.

• Negotiate commercial agreements that drive profitable, sustainable growth.

• Champion the brand externally, representing a premium British business with huge potential.


About You

• A natural hunter who loves opening doors, not just managing existing business.

• Proven track record in winning new accounts within drinks or a similar category.

• Commercially sharp with the ability to build persuasive pitches and negotiate effectively.

• Resilient, energetic and motivated by targets, autonomy and growth.

• Confident working cross-functionally to turn ideas into execution.
