This is a standout opportunity to join a leading UK accountancy practice as an Accounts Senior Manager within their Accounting + Advisory team, paying a salary of £60,000 - £75,000.

Whether you’re already running your own portfolio of clients and ready for the next step, or you’re working closely with a portfolio holder and ready to take ownership, this role offers clear progression to Director and Partnership for the right candidate.

As an Accounts Senior Manager your responsibilites will be:

• Managing your own portfolio of SME and limited company clients.
• Advising on both corporate and personal tax implications.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing managers and team members.
• Building your personal brand and professional network across Lancashire.
• Driving fee growth within your portfolio and hitting annual targets.
• Ensuring compliance, quality and deadlines are consistently met.
• Playing a key role in wider projects and firm initiatives.

As an Accounts Senior Manager you will be:

• Experienced in portfolio management within an accountancy practice.
• Ambitious – with a genuine desire to progress to Director/Partner.
• Commercially minded and confident in growing fees.
• A strong communicator, networker and relationship builder.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to deliver results
