Role Overview

• Package: £40,000 + performance-related rewards

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full accountability for the site’s sales, service, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small, motivated team — setting clear goals and supporting growth.
• Convert customer enquiries into sales and maximise occupancy through proactive upselling.
• Maintain top-tier customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and compliance, ensuring smooth store performance.
• Manage cash handling, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
• Keep the site presentation spotless and aligned with brand standards.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Occasionally support with vehicle operations when required.

Main Skills Needed:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar in retail, storage, or hospitality.
• Natural leader with strong coaching and people management skills.
• Commercially minded with a track record of hitting sales and service targets.
• Confident decision-maker who thrives on accountability.
• Organised, reliable, and tech-savvy — comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Harrow.
